of sales:
book-grrl prefers paypal, but will accept personal checks, although they
will have to clear first before books will be shipped. add $3.95 for to
all book purchases for priority mail postage. rush shipment is available,
email for prices. please
note that the books on the sale page are all one-of-a-kind, and it is
possible that a book you are interested in will have sold already. if
this is the case, book-grrl will issue a full refund.
